Remove your personal data
This page is for users of our mobile app and website services. If you created an account with us, you can request deletion using your registered mobile number and PAN. After verification we delete your account and associated user data from our systems, except information we are required to retain to comply with legal or regulatory obligations — principally the record-keeping requirements under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Reserve Bank of India’s directions.
How to request deletion
- Open the FriendLoan app and go to Profile → Delete my account, or
- Email support@friendloan.in from your registered email address with your registered mobile number and PAN.
We verify the request with a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number before acting on it. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
