Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communicator along with convincing abilities (Language Known: English, Tamil, Hindi)
  • Minimum 5 + years of work experience in Bank or NBFC as team lead for recoveries 
  • Experience in managing tele calling teams (Recovery team experience is added advantage)
  • Good computer knowledge for reporting in Excel ( Spreadsheets ) 
  • Good in time management and result oriented
